HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs for mainland Spain are €3.95. For purchases over €35, shipping is FREE .
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are €5.95. Shipping is FREE for orders over €50.
Shipping costs to the Canary Islands are €5.95. For purchases over €50, shipping is FREE .
Shipping costs to Portugal are €5.95. For purchases over €50, shipping is FREE .
For the rest of Europe, shipping is €9.95, and for all other destinations, the shipping cost is €14.95.
For mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla , in-store pickup is also available. The cost of this service is €3.20 for mainland Spain (free for orders over €35) and €4.00 for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (free for orders over €50).
Economy Shipping (50 cents): This shipping method does not include a tracking code and can take up to 120 days to arrive. By choosing this option, the customer assumes responsibility in case of package loss, as we cannot issue refunds or resend the product if it is lost in transit.
WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?
For personalized and/or handmade products, the preparation time is indicated on each product page. If an order contains several of these products, the order preparation time will be the longest of the times indicated on the individual products.
For all other orders, or once the personalized products are ready, the shipping time is 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Deliveries to mainland Spain take 24-72 hours. For other destinations, delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Please check your email's spam folder and ensure you entered your address correctly when placing your order. You can also contact us with your order details, and we'll update you on its status.
HOW CAN I WASH THE PRODUCTS?
All our handcrafted items can be washed by hand or in a washing machine with cold water. If you use a washing machine, we recommend using a laundry bag to protect the metal parts.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MY PET?
Each product includes an image showing how to measure your pet. There's also a size chart where you can check which size to choose based on the measurements.
In the case of products purchased during the Black Friday promotion : return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost for exchanging a product or size is €4.95 (mainland Spain only). If you simply wish to return the item, The price will be €3.95 (peninsular Spain only) .
For other destinations, please ask us about the refund price.
Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange , except in the case of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the defect must be reported upon receipt of the product.
For non-personalized products, you can return your order by notifying us within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount once we receive and verify the condition of the returned products.
To start the return process, send us an email to info@pawfy.es indicating your order number and we will reply with the steps to follow for the return.
