HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We ship to your home with Correos.
Mainland Spain: €4.95 with standard shipping and €6.95 with premium shipping. For orders over €39, standard shipping is FREE and premium shipping costs €2.95.
Balearic Islands: €5.95. Free for orders over €60.
Canary Islands: €9.90. Free for orders over €80.
Portugal: €6.95. Free for orders over €60.
Rest of Europe: €13.95.
Rest of the world: €40.95.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
For personalized and/or handmade products, the preparation time is shown on each product. If an order contains several of these products, the preparation time for the order will be the longest of those shown on the products.
Once your order is ready, the shipping time is the one shown in the cart at checkout. When your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.
Delivery times are in business days. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Personalized products are completely handmade and made to order. That is why they cannot be returned or exchanged for another size, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. In that case, it must be reported upon receiving the product.
Please note that, in handmade products, measurements may vary by a centimetre or so and seams may not be 100% perfect in places: handmade products are like that, no two are the same. As long as these differences do not prevent the product from being used, they are NOT considered manufacturing defects.
Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, as long as they are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Products bought on clearance cannot be exchanged or returned.
To start a return, write to us at info@pawfy.es with your order number and we will reply with the steps to follow. Returns that have not been notified in advance will not be accepted.
For size exchanges, the customer pays for both sending the item to us and shipping the new size.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MY PET?
Every product has an image showing how to measure your pet and a table to check which size to choose with those measurements. If you have any doubts, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you before you buy.
HOW CAN I WASH THE PRODUCTS?
All our handmade items can be washed by hand or in the washing machine with cold water. If you use the washing machine, we recommend using a laundry bag so the metal parts are not damaged.
I PLACED AN ORDER AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Check your spam folder and make sure you entered your email address correctly when placing the order. You can also contact us with your order details and we will let you know its status.
